Since January of 2012, BushWang has been working collaboratively with Architectural Resources of Cambridge and the Connecticut firm Svigals + Partners to develop the Farmington academic medical campus of the University of Connecticut Health Center. The focus of our collective efforts include the development of a Master Plan for the “C” Building that accommodates the growth of key ambulatory programs over the next five to eight years and the implementation of the first two phases of development. The construction value of the project is approximately $60,000,000 and is expected to be complete in 2018.

 

BushWang’s project responsibilities include the design and detailed development of the following programs:
